Prestige Insignia Jug Kettle, White & Grey, 1.7 Litre
Prestige Insignia Jug Kettle, White & Grey, 1.7 Litre

1.0 out of 5 stars quick but drippy, 15 Nov 2009
Boils quickly, looks smart but cannot pour without dripping water absolutely everywhere. A kettle only has to do 2 things - boil water and pour, but this one can't one of those things! And it's not just me, everyone in my family leaves a huge puddle of kettle water on the worktop after using this badly designed thing. Shame.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a wiz!, 2 April 2007
I have the R1 edition of this, aswell as every other version available to mankind and I would like to say this is the definitive edition. The original Oz DVD release came with more extras than I thought possible on one disc, but this surpasses even that. There are replicas of original movie tickets, invites, photos, plus more extras than you can shake a fighting tree at. It even includeds programmes made for satellite tv on Oz. If you don't buy this, beware before somebody drops a house on you!

2.0 out of 5 stars An average adventure, 5 April 2006
This review is from: For Pete's Sake [DVD] [2002] (DVD)
I love Miss Streisand and all her work, so for that I am awarding this film 2 stars. It's not as good as 'What's Up Doc?' but if you like the mayhem and yelling that ensued the last half of that film and drop a couple of IQ points that's what you get with this film. It's something to watch on a rainy afternoon and you could easily have a doze halfway though and still wake up and know what's happening. It's a movie I would like to have taped off of TV and kept on VHS rather than buying on DVD. Nevermind.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bananalicious!, 14 Mar 2006
I, too, could not put this book down until I had read it right through. It is a tale of Miss Rocos' life from the age of fifteen when she first met Kenny Everett, through to their sad goodbyes when AIDS finally claimed his life, but not his soul. The book is as good as a film, with Miss Rocos' cheeky memories of her hilarious pranks at school and wild adventures with Kenny on their party nights out, as well as her solo venture across the pond in America filling out the beginning and middle of the book. The intimate moments in which Miss Rocos touchingly acknowledges the end of her journey with Kenny make up the last third of the book, allowing us access to very deep and private emotions so rarely found in people today. I cried at the end, and if you loved Kenny, Cleo and their bananas, you will too. Simply Faaabuloussss darlings!
