5.0 out of 5 stars It's not meant to be a miracle cure!, 15 May 2013

I've used this on two cars each:

MAZDA 6 2.2 SPORT 03:

I initially purchased it for a Mazda 6 which had numerous cat problems over the years. Adding this had an instant positive effect with the engine "smoothing out" and ECU light switching off (related to emissions). It worked great for a week and then the old problem reared its ugly head.

Point being: it won't fix a faulty cat!

CIVIC 1.8 '06:

Reduced engine noise and smoothed acceleration considerably. Got exactly what I had hoped for with the product.

Overall very useful product for the price!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great comedy but not quite as good as earlier series, 2 Aug. 2007

I have been one of the biggest Scrubs fans since series one and I absolutely love series 1-3.

My main reason for this romance with Scrubs was the original story lines and bizarre humour that worked so well. Both of these were plentiful in series 1-3 but the latter series have wavered.

I suspect a large part of this was the underlying story line between JD & Elliot which was strong in the first three series but 4 & 5 it faded after JD dumped Elliot for the final time.

Season 5 is still a really good series and, in my opinion, the only decent thing worth watching on tv at the moment (yes, even though they are re-runs!).

Still really worth buying!

This review is from: V for Vendetta [DVD] [2006] (DVD)
I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed watching this film.

Set about 10 years from now when an authoritarian government have been voted in by the British public because of the constant fear mongering by the British media and policiticians. Everything has been locked down and everyone is monitored who could be a threat to national security...hmm, sounds familar.

This film does seem to be liked by those who have Libertarian political views and it is dispised by those who believe the removal of civil liberties is acceptable if it means they feel safer in a "nanny state".

In a review below this someone simplifies the point of this film but stating that it glorifies terrorism. It does not. The point here being that the people do still have a voice and we can still change things in our country by not simply sitting in our arm chairs believing otherwise

And, in reponse to a review below, yes "V" does come through numerous shootings, etc, without a scratch...but this is based on a comic strip. Remember, remember?

5.0 out of 5 stars Great sequel, 30 Jun. 2007

This review is from: Clerks II [DVD] [2006] (DVD)
This is a great sequel to Clerks.

The same characters (obviously) but a completely different style of film. Of course, this upsets some fans of the original but thankfully most can see what Kevin Smith wanted to achieve with this sequel - very little of the same from the original but keeping the same crude, witty humour throughout.

If you are easily offended I'd stay clear of this film but if you "get it" then this film will be perfect for you.

That being said, the overall story isn't a particular strong one but the very witty dialogue makes this a great film.

Well worth watching if you are a Kevin Smith film.

5.0 out of 5 stars EA improving a series after many poor years, 22 Aug. 2004
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I have always been a big ISS fan and had always found that the FIFA releases prior to 2004 were extremely poor in comparison to the ISS Pro series.
After buying an Xbox I decided to try 2004 a go after reading a good review on it and I have to say that it is a massive improvement over the older arcade style FIFA games.
No more 10-0 score lines once you've been playing it for longer than 3 hours. The 2004 release actually made you use tactics properly, pass more realisticially and had a much better learning curve.
With the intended features released for FIFA 2005 by EA, it should come even closer to a more true realistic football game such as ISS series is.
Keep it up EA and please don't go back to a basic gameplay which the masses appear to 'enjoy' and please do stick with a far more enjoyable & taxing game of tactics.

5.0 out of 5 stars Classic Star Wars RPG, 19 Nov. 2003
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I am a huge fan of the RPG-genre and this game sky-rockets high above any other RPG on any other console I've played.
The overall plot to the game is superb, following either a light or dark path which is all dependant upon the decisions & answers you give with the vast amount of situations that arise along your path.
The battle system is easy to pick up on & is very well done. Before engaging an enemy the game will pause allowing you to 'stack' up attack commands for each member within you party of 3, be that melee or force.
You can turn this feature off, but that would make things much more difficult, not that it is easy anyway.
The graphics are very good and the sounds very authentic, especially when using surround sound kit (Sabers sound incredible when you start them up!).
Following the light path is much, much harder to complete than the dark path, which is why many people do half light and half dark...pretty pointless if you ask me, you might as well follow one though to the end and then do the other afterwards.
If you do like RPGs & third person perspective, then buy this game asap and watch an incredible game unfold before you as you progress to the end.
