3.0 out of 5 stars My book review by Imogen, 10 July 2014

I really like these books but this one was a bit to short but i think that I will get the next book. If you like nice easy short books this is the right place to look. If this book was longer and the size of a normal book it would be a lot better and would get better review and more readers.

To be truly honest I thought this book quit hard. But by the most very interesting and exciting book I have read and the good thing is you never know what is going to happen next and the four pixies are absolutely always up to mischief. I would properly recommend this book to around readers age 10-12
I know can't wait until book 2 ........

Now I have read all the Maggie Moore books and I have enjoyed every minute reading the Maggie Moore series. I will probably suggest that the age of children reading this series is around about 8-11 years old

This book is very well set out and I enjoyed reading it, though it is quite different from the show. There some quite sad bits in it but the sadness soon turns happy. But over all a good book by Michael Morpurgo
