Good product, 19 May 2013
Purchased this as I have three Spaniels to load in the back of the car. Protects the back of the car well and the dogs don't slide around. Recommended !

One of best books I've read on the subject. Not quite as detailed as Dead Men Risen but well worth reading. Recommended !

Be prepared!!, 19 May 2013
I originally purchased one of these because I like to run with one of my dogs and I read a good review. It was fine for this as he would not wear it for longer the 45 mins. I bought another two for my other dogs as we were going on holiday and intended to spend a great deal of time trekking around the Lake District. After the first day we were back onto normal collar and lead as we found that this product rubbed badly causing serious sores on the shoulders and under the front legs of all three dogs. So beware, short period use you'll probably get away with it, extended use steer well clear!!

Good Book, 15 Jun 2012
I enjoyed Alex Duncan's narrative on his experiences in Afghanistan. His explanation of flying a Chinook is brilliant. My only issue with the book is the way that he portrays his fellow officers and aircrew constantly as "jolly good chaps" and "great blokes" blah blah. For me it became a little teeth grinding. For that I dropped a star. However, I suspect that "Frenchie" is still a serving officer and as such has to be a little careful who he upsets, unless of course they're movers! I don't fancy his chances on his next visit to Brize!! Still, I've the utmost respect for the man and everyone else who is, was and will be serving in that theatre of operations.

Excellent, 12 May 2012
Another excellent instalment from Rowland White. His outstanding narrative places you in the action whether in the cockpit of a Vulcan, watching for an aircraft to close up behind whilst sitting in a Victor tanker or pacing around in a stiflingly hot Ops tent on Ascension waiting for news as a plan starts to unravel, it's all here in the book. Enjoy this book and marvel at the bravery and professionalism of the RAF.

Worth Reading, 9 May 2012
I really enjoyed this book about a little known operation performed in the early seventies by the Fleet Air Arm. Roland's narrative puts you in the cockpit of the Buccaneers that flew the mission so that you actually feel that you were there. The other point that I wish to make is the excellent way that he portrays the political view and excellent background that led up to the operation from the British, Guatemalan and Belizean viewpoints. If only we'd had that Ark Royal and it's airwing in '82.

Loved it!!!!!, 6 Jan 2012
Another superb episode of the Horus Heresy from the Black Library. I've got a bit of a soft spot for the Dark Angels so I enjoyed this a lot and it can at times be nail biting stuff. It's great to find out why and how things happened as you can only fit so much in the Dark Angels codex. So sit back, put your feet up and enjoy.

Could have been so much more....., 9 Dec 2011
This was one of those books that had me on the edge of my seat one moment and trying to keep my eyelids open the next. Some good battle scenes both warship to warship and hand to hand, I did enjoy the brief insight into some of the characters and Legions that haven't really been touched upon in the Heresy series so far for example Mhotep of the Thousand Sons and the World Eaters, but Cestus of the Ultramarines, are they really like that? He'd have got the first bolter round if I'd been there!! It does set the scene rather well for future episodes which I look forward to reading.
