Life Everlasting: The Animal Way of Death
Life Everlasting: The Animal Way of Death

To say that this book is just a good book is a huge insult. I will explain why! For those interested in nature and biology as a whole, this book provides an opportunity to find out about DEATH and other things related to it. The concept of death in both animals and plants is presented so beautifully and elegantly that you almost fall in love with it. Heinrich provides the reader with most of the life (Beetles, Ravens, bot flies, vultures, bacteria and etc) that benefit from a carcass and in doing so, he makes it all sound so poetic. He also discusses the human way of death and why we should rethink how we bury our own species. All in all, a brilliant book, Highly highly recommended.

I'm stunned that some rate this game NOT on its actual content. I'm sure that some haven't even played the game. Anyhow (ignoring the internet connection and some minor problems that some might have), this game is one of the best action-RPGs that I have ever played. Great story, animation, brilliant, emotional and terrifying cinematics that truly makes you wish that Blizzard would make a movie out of the world of Diablo. As far as gameplay goes, it is a classic hack and slash (with a twist of strategy, because you have to sell, craft and sometimes make hard decisions on what suitable weapons or items you need and which ones you need to get rid of...or store). This brought back all the fun memories of Diablo and Diablo 2, it makes you want to play it more and more. The graphics in this game is different to that of Diablo 2 but I think for the better. it is very well done. Some scenes in the game are absolutely mind blowing, you will not be disappointed. Prepare to lose many hours on this one...

There is something for everyone in this book. It's a collection of essays by the great late Christopher Hitchens...I find myself reading one or two essays everyday (and learning a new fact about something interesting) and so far I have enjoyed every single one of them. The topics range from Harry Potter to Charles Dickens and Politics and etc. You will definitely enjoy reading this book..highly recommended.

This is one of the best books that I have ever read. Although written in the 80s, but I think this work will still be relevant in 100 years from now...

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing and informative book., 20 April 2010

This book is very "to the point" and is written in such language that almost everybody would get the author's message. The author sticks to the REAL history of Iran and summarises it in a way that after reading the whole book, you feel you know more about Iran and it's recent history. Highly recommended for those of you interested in a recent history of Iran. five stars

3.0 out of 5 stars Good but not entirely satisfied, 3 Nov. 2009
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a good book, however at the end of each chapter there are numerous questions that are just thrown in there for you to solve without the solutions. Having no solutions in a book that has a complicated structure is NOT right. That is the only disadvantage, overall the book is readable and explains the concepts clearly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great, 3 Nov. 2009

A bit outdated but this book is good for students and enthusiasts alike, it gives the reader the broad idea of what tissue engineering is all about. I would recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Game!, 18 Nov. 2007
This review is from: Crysis (PC DVD) (Computer Game)
Ignore all the negative reviews that this game is getting! this game is the ultimate first person shooter mixed with some great story and some AMAZIN graphics. Everything about the game is good, however there are some errors in the AI (future patch?), but overall the game keeps you entertained for a long time. This is one of those games that you see yourself going back to and playing it over and over again. My fav level is the Core, I've never witnessed such amazing technology applied to a game! Welldone Crytek.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not good, 4 July 2007
I've had this phone for nearly six months and it does not give you anything but trouble. The volume is really bad that you cannot hear the other side properly. Plus no matter how long the phones are placed on the charging dock the charging does not happen properly (YES I've changed the batteries several times). Not recommended
