5.0 out of 5 stars Purrrrrfect, 26 Mar. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
The female of the house thinks this is purrrfect.....almost.
Compared to the Braun Silk she reports an almost painless removal of hair which is probably down to the way the blades are shaped. It tingles at first but doesn't hurt unlike the Braun she had and never used because of the pain.
Solid build quality, carry bag, illuminated tweezers all good.
What lets it down slightly is the lack of a protective cap & poor picture instructions

Sage Instant Financial Package 2015 (PC)
Sage Instant Financial Package 2015 (PC)
Price: £153.41

4.0 out of 5 stars Industry Standard, 14 Mar. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Industry standard is the term that comes to mind with Sage.
It's been around for years and years and so consequently most finance departments are well used to its form and function.
This is a cut down version ideal for small business without the huge outlay of the full blown packages.
Anyone familiar with Sage will be okay with it but new users will find it just as difficult to learn.
Value wise for the portability of data and long term security of a brand name you won't be too disappointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good but needs a price cut, 5 Mar. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I wouldn't say this was good value.
A rrp of £89.99 is too high.
The light up mirror is nice and bright and the storage pouch a valuable inclusion but the actual epilulator is not worth anything near the asking price.
Yes it works quite well and the plastic seems robust but its uses are limited considering the tiny head which is really only useful for eyebrows.
Infact it is confusing where you can use it....the webpage 'how to use' says eyebrows, upperlip and jaw area then says not recommended to use below the eyebrow line!
So which is it??
The rotating cleasing brush is effective.
£50 would be a good price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome, 4 Mar. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Firstly let's set the record straight a bit.
These are open backed headphones, they are designed to leak sound. They are NOT suitable for listening to your phone/ipod/mp3 player in public places. They don't have a mic or a volume control. These are audiophile headphones for listening to music at home through an amp or good soundcard hence the LONG lead..
So....
The HD558 are not top of the range but certainly will do justice to your music collection. At first the bass seemed a little bloated but after just a few hours use things have changed. The bass is certainly present but in tight punchy way that doesn't drown out the delicate high frequency or vocals. Kick Drums are pleasingly slammy. Vocals are clear and crisp. Treble is crisp without sibilants. Stereo separation is good, it's well defined without being distant or artificial. Panning is smooth and creates a beautiful stereo field of sound.
Some of my favourite tracks have a new sense of feeling with reverb and hidden instruments now audible and a general sense of openness. Low quality tracks like 128kbps MP3 sound poor but that not HD558 fault, it's simply the clarity shows the inherent poor quality sound of compressed music files.
Okay they are plastic and probably won't survive being dropped onto a hard surface but there not designed to be a rugged pair of go anywhere headphones and my last set of Sennheiser lasted 10 years with similar construction quality.
Finally comfort....AMAZING. Lightweight and definitely forget your wearing them after a few minutes.
As for the foam mod.....only recommended if the bass is too heavy for your liking.

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid and Reliable, 1 Feb. 2015
Seems the Medusa is getting a bit of a kicking so far reviews wise which baffles me.
I obtained a 1TB factory version which has a WD AV drive inside.
The Unit is supplied very well packaged.
The unit is small and solid - No noisy fan.
The supplied MP41 cameras are FAR better than Swann 735PRO I tried and whilst not stellar amazing do a very reasonable job day and night and will definitely do the job as a starter system camera. Like all starter kit cameras the 3.6mm lens is really only useful for close viewing upto 3m. Beyond that you'll see something but won't be able to identify anyone. This is a flaw with ALL 3.6mm lenses. Buy a varifocal camera if you want to capture detail beyond that. Sony IMX138 sensors are a good start.
Setup is easy - Works like most CCTV systems connected to a TV or Monitor.
PC viewing again easy - Use a web browser to access the Medusa and you can configure the unit, adjust settings, view live and prerecorded footage. An PC app called MedRSS is also on the website for those who want an app not a web browser.
Phone viewing is easy too I thought. Register on the QVIS cloud to activate, Download MedusaPRO (for android) fill in the details and your ready to go.
The website is www.adata.co.uk
The unit is called a Med4Kit or Medusa.

Linksys RE4000W Universal Dual Band N600 Pro Wi-Fi Range Extender (2 x Ethernet, Flexible Placement, Easy Set Up, WPS)
Price: £39.99

4.0 out of 5 stars Has it uses, 30 Jan. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
WiFi extenders are not wonder products for many reasons but do have their uses.
If you are at the limit of your existing range an extender will give more coverage but don't expect stellar speeds.
You'll get roughly half of the speed the extender connects to the existing signal at due the simplex (one way at a time) nature of Wifi and the additional overheads of a signal going from a device to the extender which has to negotiate with the router Wifi signal before going to the router, so the nearer to the original router you place it the better.
To be fair all extenders works this way.
However......
When used using the Ethernet ports on the unit things improve to make this a very useful device.
Rather than run a cable the entire run of the house I use extenders in the other way which is device connected by Ethernet cable which is run as far as easily achievable and place the extender on the end.
The speeds are more than acceptable and far far better than the other method, think of it as your laptop having and ariel for the Wifi which is extendable towards the router.
Linksys quality as always.

Pure Jongo S3X Wireless Speaker with Bluetooth - Graphite
Pure Jongo S3X Wireless Speaker with Bluetooth - Graphite
Price: £121.70

3.0 out of 5 stars Too many flaws, 30 Jan. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I was expecting a flawless high quality product considering the RRP, sadly the Jongo has a few flaws.
The weight didn't bother me, I see it as a sign of a quality made product, shame the overall cosmetic quality isn't there.
The black rib at the front and the same one at the back are matte black but scratch with the slightest touch of a finger nail to leave a glossy mark. So within hours it looks worn and unloved.
The speak grills are cloth. Considering this is an outdoor product plastic would have been more durable.
The Bluetooth function is an external adapter which is messy and looks like an afterthought rather than a feature that was designed with it in mind.
Set up is also problematic. The PureConnect app is easy enough to use (if a little messy) and setup the jongo for WiFi playback and enable the bluetooth feature but again a dedicated bluetooth on/off on the unit would be more useful for those of us who don't want to use the Pure app and stream our own content without having to launch the pure app to turn bluetooth on and off.
Testing with a Galaxy S3 I was unable to stream any content via Bluetooth. The Jongo & S3 seem connected but no sound at all. Looking in the setting the S3 won't allow the enabling of MediaAudio.
A Sony Z3 played without an issue.
The sound quality is good. Bass is deep. The sound field more than adequate and loud enough for use in a garden.
Unfortunately again the supplied PSU/Charger is a single pin type which in the days of USB chargers seems a strange move and means you'll need to take another charger away with you to use on holiday for instance.
There seems to be no indication of charging state unless you look at the tiny window behind the unit with the unit turned ON. It doesn't appear to charge otherwise.
There are too many flaws for the price.
The supplied instructions are limited

Tried the supermarket version and vanish is still the best.
The gold version is even better for speed and removal ability.
Don't be tempted to use it on colours though, unless you want tie dyed :)

4.0 out of 5 stars Solid performance, 25 Jan. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Antivirus is pretty much all on a par these days. Mainly it comes down to price and features.
McAfee has a clear and easy to understand interface which a must.
Installation was simple.
Protection seems good from online reviews.
Pricewise not the cheapest.
