Well Written But There Are Contradictions, 6 Jun 2011
Richard Dawkins does an excellent job composing a sentence and turning a phrase, but if one can think critically, one can find as many contradictions in his book as one finds in the Bible. For example, he is not 100% certain that there isn't a God, but is certain that evolution is a fact. That being the case, he ought to be a seven on his atheist scale. A god that created Eve from the rib of Adam can't possibly exist if evolution is true. Conversely, if there is a slight possibility that there is a god, then there is a slight possibility evolution is wrong. Can't have it both ways.
Notwithstanding the book's contradictions, this book is bound to make an atheist feel good about himself in much the same manner a good religious sermon makes a theist feel good.
