There is no place like home or is there?, 24 Aug 2011
I loved this book ! It is perfect for anyone who has ever wanted a vacation from their life. A vacation to do nothing , no responsibilities, no one asking for a favor and no one wanting you to just be there in case. We see a woman's life from two angles. One of a wife and mother who keeps a family going and another of a woman who lives her life how she wants. We listen to the reasons why Mara became Mara and realize that her reasons could be anyone's. We also could be on that road to Vancouver and to a new adventure. The writer has kept us interested all the way through the story using humor and possible scenarios of a new life for Mara. When reading this story you see possibility of change we can all appreciate. We learn from Mara what it takes to be happy in the end. I was given a free copy of this book to review. A great book to read and think about without getting too caught up in psychology. Just a fun read!
