I could not download the disk as there was no serial number included in the packet.
I contacted Adobe Tech Support . Unfortunatly my hearing is not too good and the person in the call center was from overseas and did not understand my problem.
After a very frustrating morning trying to get the serial number to download the disk I sent the whole package back to you. ( the serial number is usually on the disk sleve packet )
I am now awaiting a replacement disk which you have told me is ordered and on its way.
