5.0 out of 5 stars get them all !, 4 Nov 2005
Legacy of kain spans over five chapters from Blood omen1,2,Soul reaver 1,2 and Defiance. ps2 fans can be happy to know that you can get all of the Legacy of Kain series on ps2 and I recomend you do because if you know northing about the story then Defiance is abit of a leap forward. By going throught the story you see how Kain and Raziel came to be and why they fight each other. Because Kain is much older than Raziel the Blood omen series is set before Raziels time. In the Blood omen series you see Kains change into a vampire and Kains rise to power in Blood omen 2. In Soul reaver you see why Raziel hates Kain and why he wants revenge. I my self have only completed Blood omen 2 and Defiance Because the voice acting and story are so fantastic by playing thought the Legacy of Kain series the story begins to build by the time you have got to Defiance you will have to know how the story ends. Unfortunatly I know how the story ends but because in Defiance you play as both Raziel and Kain I wanted to know more about Raziel so i have bought soul reaver 1 and plan to by Soul reaver 2 and Blood omen 1. So my advice to you is buy the game if you have played thought the series or at least half the series but not if you havent played any of them. (please note that Blood omen and Soul reaver are on ps1 not ps2)If you have played thought the story you probaly have a favirate character mine is Kain.

4.0 out of 5 stars all good but the battrie p####s me off, 24 July 2005
overal the gizmondo is a good handheld it has mp3,mpegs,games,texts,camara and gps. every about the handheld is great picture, sound qulity better than some digital camras and mps players movies look great as well. grachicly better than the ds you can also download or upload music, movies, pictures to and from your pc via the sd cards. all of this great but the batterie life is poor about half anhour but you can buy a better premium gizmondo batterie off amazon for £35 i havent bought 1 yet so i dont know powerful the batterie is but its probley powerfuler than the battrerie you start off with. also there are not many games on the gizmondo at the moment but if you look on the gizmondo home page your see many games in production.i would say overal the gizmondo is the best handheld out at the moment cuz dose the most stuff has better graphics than the ds is cheaper than the psp and cheaper games than the ds and psp price rainging from £10 to £20 per game.

3.0 out of 5 stars good could be better, 23 July 2005
this game is not a great rts but its fairly decent atempt. true consoles are not well known for there great strategy games but this title deserves some reconistion. graphis are good ai is ok gameplay is fun with three different races predators aliens and marines. my favirate thing is the alien life cycle from face hugger to droin. this game trys to be an rts the way you can order new units collecting money and being able to upgrade your units. thie thing that dident like about the game is the boring land scapes they seem to be the same but some times in a different colour. also there is a set amount of units 25 marines,
21 predators,45 aliens. also theres no skirmish mode no online play and theres only 7 missions for each race. the whole game would have be better if the game was made it to a proper rts where you can build lots of units including vercals and to resoure collecting the abillty to build a base. this game to me seems to be half arsed title it could have been alot better.if you want a good rts then i recomend army men rts one of the best rts games on the ps2 in my opinon.

4.0 out of 5 stars the best console out trust buy one, 20 July 2005
This review is from: Xbox Console (Video Game)
i had all the consoles at one stage and let me tell u the xbox is the best console out there at the moment. if you have ps2 or gamecube your know there floors the ps2 is slow graphics arent as good as the xbox or game cube and it has poor online play thats why its free. the game cube has far to many kid games ahh to be five age. any way back to dising the consoles the game cubes only good exclusives are the resident evils and all other games you can get on ps2 or xbox. you have probley also notived the only games coming out on the gamecube are nitendos and ea games.the gamecube also has no online play and poor memory. im not saying the xbox ent got its floors the xbox is chunky and you have to buy the xbox dvd remote to play dvds thats it this why the xbox gets four stars if i was going review the ps2 or gamecube they would get 2 or 3 stars max. the xbox is fastest has better graphics a 8gb hard drive no need to keep buying memory cards it also has all the great games and a great online system if you buy an xbox get xbox live and some online games such as halo2,counter strike and star wars jedi academy. kill people taunt enimes find glithces make friends trust me dont miss out.

4.0 out of 5 stars simple but damn fun, 11 July 2005
This review is from: Army Men: RTS (Video Game)
this game is very fun to play it takes all the boring stuff out rts games like waiting around for five different resources so build some units like in age of empires 2 also for ps2. personaly
i dont mind waiting around that munch but lots of people do so for that reason its very good. there are two resoures plastic and electric which u collect from house hold items like barbie dolls or watches i love detail on this game like the rooms u play in is it the kicthen the garden or the living room. also just because rts is simply but fun dosent mean its easy the game is fairly easy at first but then the missions start to get harder like with most games but u get medals for each misson u complete the higher the medal the stuff it unlocks like concept art or more maps for skirmish mode so your have work hard to get those gold medals. graphics and game play are great and is a game which will get new comers to the rts gener whanting more real time strategy games. overal this game is the only good rts on the ps2 so for that reason u should buy this game.

5.0 out of 5 stars best game ever on GBA, 7 July 2005
advance wars 2 is one of those games u get a console for. ps2 has GTA xbox has halo and game cube has zelda. it is a truly great game for the GBA u would be a fool not to buy its worth every peny. the game has a great story amazing graphics and mind blowing game play. the game is turnbased and at first i dident know if i would like it but this game quickly becomes addictive u can plays this game non-stop and u wont get bord. this game has lots of modes to keep u playing like campaign mode vs mode skirmish mode ucan also make your own maps. one advatage with this game is that the vs mode can be played by 4 mates on the same GBA u can also link u with someone else's gba and trade maps or co's. the game also has cut scenes each time u engage in battle so u can watch the enemy get abliterated each time u engage an enemy. this games has a lot of strategy to it but dont its easy to pick and soon your be an unbeatable co like me of course. i bought this game when it first came out late 2003 here i am 2 years later still playing the game. fans of the oringnal will fall in love with this masterpiece if dont have this game and u havent played the oringinal the buy this game or u will miss out.

5.0 out of 5 stars great fun mind blowing action, 20 Jun 2005
I am a big fan of the rts genre and have played many a good rts. this is truly a great game for it has geat graphics amazingly good animations intense fighting and cleaver ai. there are four races orks, space marines, chaos marines and eldar. vision this if you will you are in the middle of a abandoned eldar city your squad moves though the city all around you are the bodies of dead eldar you wounder what happened here then you see it orks heading for your position. what now? you only have a squad of ten men a force commander and two predator tanks against hundreds of orks. Do you run and disrace the imperial emperior or do you fight knowing full well that u and your men will probaly die. you command the elite space marines orks are no match for you and the imperial leigon. your heart starts to pound as you give the order. you turn to your men the order has been given. "open fire!" you start to fire on the enime bullets and shrapnel fly a round your head you have taken out dozens but you are starting to be over run just then then a space ship lands lucky you reforcements have arrived. your fellow space marines come storming out of the ship and at the enime. the clater of swords and chainsaws as the two foes do battle. you get up exhausted you take a deep breath and look up and see the last of the orks being cut down by your men the battle is over you've won but the war is far from over. if you like intense battles and less time being spent building then this is the game for you. this game is must have for warhammer fans. if you enjoy spending time building and collecting resources then look some where else.
