At The Drive-In could never go wrong, 2 Jun. 2005
At The Drive-In are seen as one of the most influential bands of all time, and this Anthology proves it. It is literally a must have for any ATDI fan. Rather than picking a few tracks from their albums (Acrobatic Tenement, El Gran Orgo, In/Casino/Out, Vaya and Relationship of Command) they have gone a step further and incorporated extra tracks from singles, remix's and covers.
The anthology starts strong with the track Fahrenheit winding through most of the best ATDI tracks such as 198d and one armed scissor to a smiths cover of this night has opened my eyes to a strong ending with the Pink Floyd cover of take up thy stethoscope and walk.
You may think 18 tracks of pure bliss is enough but they have incorporated a DVD with 3 music videos, bonus ATDI footage, discography and extras for your computer.
For the price I would recommend this for new ATDI fans as there are some great tracks on there but id also recommend buying relationship of command too. Then buy all there other albums.
This Anthology will stay in your CD player for quite some time.
Buy and enjoy
