Thoughts on positive pschology, 19 Jun 2011
I bought this book, because I heard about it at an customer experience seminar I went to. I am finding it an interesting read, some of ideas are nothing new. The book is easy to read and has relevant and idenifiable examples used to bring it to life. I think that although it is a good read, I found it hard to disinguish between some of the 7 steps. Finally I would recomend it to those who want motivate and inspire themselves, colleagues, family and friends.
