1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy this product for your child ! Its rubbish !, 27 Mar 2011
This might look like just the job but please do not be deceived by the packaging. This camera definitely does not do what it says on the tin ! It is impossible to take any decent photos or see what photos you are taking as the images on the preview screen are blurred and too small. Trying to take photos through the too-small view-finder is equally impossible. The only way to tell if you have taken a decent photo is too down-load the pictures using the USB cable and then you will see that they are all out of focus, blurred and wonky, for want of a better term ! This is with an adult taking the pictures. When my 6 year old daughter took the pictures, you couldn't even tell what the subject matter was.

On the plus-side the photo editing software is fun and easy to use and the 'photos' were easy to download. However, there is little point on having this since the pictures are too rubbish to do anything with.

My daughter had this camera for a Christmas present and being Hello Kitty she was very excited about it, unfortunately it is a totally unusable gift and a total waste of money.

I urge you not to buy this product as your child will be upset with the rubbish results.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for young minds, 2 Nov 2007
My son, who has just turned 8, literally devoured this book from cover to cover in the space of about a week during his half term holiday. This might not be amazing to some people but he has never before read a story book himself, having the attention span of a gnat, he usually prefers information books and comics. So I was delighted when he chose this book for himself and every night he went to bed to read the next exciting chapter of this book. This book obviously ticked all the right boxes for him, enough of a story to keep the characters alive, with a great smattering of facts and figures about space, the universe, planets etc and lots of other things to capture the imagination of a fact-hungry 8 year old !
