This review is from: Revolution (Hardcover)
Excellent read, informative and educating in the capitalist society we live in. His humor is refreshing and uplifting so that we can raise our voices for change. We need this light and awareness more and more. We need equality, we need a revolution. Read this book. If you don't like Russell Brand you might do after this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Warming up..., 24 Feb 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
While reading this book i realised my hands and feet were getting pretty cold = lowering of metabolic rate, and started feeling abit "flighty" = stress response coming on, so i nipped straight down stairs for some salty left over potatoes and a very sweet sugary tea, as recommened in the book (salt, starch, sugar), and yes it worked, im feeling toasty warm now while writing this review, and too be honest ready for a sleep. This book is highly recommended for anyone who wishes to address blood sugar issues by decreasing stress and raising metabolic rate back up to normal. getting the body functioning properly rather than just addressing the symptoms.
excellent, thanks Matt

5.0 out of 5 stars Enlightening..., 11 Feb 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
A must read for any one interested in tribes, humanity, and self understanding,,
the book takes you on a journey around the globe, past , presnet and future,,
for anybody who has travelled, it can be very mind and heart opening, this book does exactly that,
it opens your heart to the seed of your human'ness without getting on a bus, train or plain..
I found this book very enlightening, i could not put it down,, it has a spiritual yet mature approach to
the reader,, the humbleness of the writer can be felt, his genuine care and consideration for our
tribes shines through..It is political, environmental, and i have no doubt will lead you to question
our present earth situation..
good reading...
