5.0 out of 5 stars That's nice!, 25 Feb 2012
Mrs Brown's Boys is one of the funniest programmes on TV. Brendan O'Carroll is at his funniest in every episode of this series. There are certainly some funny moments in here, and as Mrs Brown would say "That's nice!".

5.0 out of 5 stars It is a Ferb-ulous album, 17 Jan 2012
Phineas and Ferb-ulous: The Ultimate Album is a great album. It features 38 marvellous songs from the Phineas and Ferb universe. But there is one downside, if you already have the original Phineas and Ferb album, it features all the same songs plus 12 extra, which makes up the 38 tracks. But this is a great Phineas and Ferb album for fans of the show. Press 'Add to Basket' now. DO NOT DELAY!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars It's a lovely little game to play, 14 Jan 2012
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
Mario Kart DS is, for poeple who don't know what it's about, a racing game where you race against various characters from the Mario universe. There are 32 different tracks to unlock, and there are 4 different racing cups to complete, 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, and 150cc Mirror. You can race as Mario, Luigi, Peach and many other characters that Mario fans would recognise. Figuring out how to play the game is a simple thing to do, and once you get the hang of various controls, you can perform drifts and turbo boosts. Different karts have different abilities. One car could be really fast, while the next could be extremely slow. Overall, Mario Kart DS is a lovely little racing game and would enjoy Mario fans, and maybe people who aren't Mario fans might find themselves buying the game for a challenge or for some fun.

4.0 out of 5 stars It's a great game, but easy to complete, 14 Jan 2012
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Cars 2 (Nintendo DS) (Video Game)
My little brother had this game for Christmas from his dad, and he really enjoyed it, and he completed it within 2 weeks. When he went to bed one night after he had completed it, I thought I would have a go (and he still doesn't know I have played on his game). The graphics were good and the plot is the same from the movie, but my only issue is that I had completed it in 1 hour. It's a lovely challenge for young children, but when an adult gets his hands on the game, it is too easy.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's nice and GOOEY!!!!, 12 Jan 2012
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars
The Flesh Goo Pod is, well, what can I say, gooey. The goo is really sticky and messy, and to make a really fun challenge (from a child's point of view), you have to search for the Flesh body parts. Adults don't find it fun clearing up after them though. You can also play games with the goo and pretend that the figures are sinking into it, and give it a while, and the figures DO sink into it, but it does take a while, which can kind of ruin gameplay if you wanted it done quickly. Overall, it is good, but very messy. 10/10

5.0 out of 5 stars Sonic Screwdriver Torch, 12 Jan 2012
= Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:2.0 out of 5 stars
This is a good torch, it lights up my room in complete darkness like it is in fact daylight. It is very bright and can give everything a very eerie green glow. But colour doesn't really matter. It's a torch. It does what it is supposed to do: light up areas that are dark. That's all. And it also equals as a very good toy Sonic Screwdriver as well. 10/10.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Lego TARDIS Console Room - Make Sure You Have a Whole Day Free to Build It, 12 Jan 2012
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
The TARDIS Interior has come to us in Lego form, but how does it fare?

Character Building Doctor Who Ultimate TARDIS Playset: It's a very tricky thing to build as it is a very complex design, and with 665 pieces, it is definately the biggest ever Character Building set made. 2 were bought and they both had very different builds and I found out that one had more of one piece than the other did. But they might just be trying to mix things up a bit. When it is built, it holds together very well, and when I say when it's built, it took me approx. 9 hours to build it and some pieces do keep popping out, but when it is completely built, it's fun, but don't play roughly with it, or it will keep breaking.

Overall, it is a good set, but it is only durable if you play with it gently. A great buy all in all. 9/10

5.0 out of 5 stars Doctor Who - The Complete Fourth Series Boxset, 24 Nov 2011
This is a great final series for David Tennant's Doctor, with Catherine Tate returning as Donna Noble. We get more of an insight into Donna's life, with her family being like, well, a normal family, I guess. The episodes in this great series are as follows:

Disc 1: Voyage of the Damned (Christmas Special 2007), Time Crash (Children In Need Special 2007)

Disc 2: Partners in Crime, The Fires of Pompeii, Planet of the Ood

Disc 3: The Sontaran Stratagem, The Poison Sky, The Doctor's Daughter, The Unicorn and the Wasp

Disc 4: Silence in the Library, Forest of the Dead, Midnight

Disc 5: Turn Left, The Stolen Earth, Journey's End

Disc 6: Doctor Who Confidential Cut-Downs

Overall, Series 4 of the BBC Wales Doctor Who was a blast, with some moving moments and some cheerful moments, but most of them are action-packed adventure moments.

Doctor Who -- The Complete Series 5 [DVD]

5.0 out of 5 stars Doctor Who - The Complete Fifth Series Boxset, 24 Nov 2011
Matt Smith's Doctor may not be as good as David Tennant's Doctor, but is a good substitute for the latter. Matt Smith is brought into the series brilliantly. His personality is lively and happy most of the time, sometimes even in life-or-death situations. The boxset is arranged into 6 fabulous DVD's, with the sixth disc being Doctor Who Confidential Cut-Downs. The episodes on the discs are as follows:

Disc 1: The Eleventh Hour, The Beast Below

Disc 2: Victory of the Daleks, The Time of Angels

Disc 3: Flesh and Stone, The Vampires of Venice, Amy's Choice

Disc 4: The Hungry Earth, Cold Blood, Vincent and the Doctor

Disc 5: The Lodger, The Pandorica Opens, The Big Bang

Disc 6: Doctor Who Confidential Cut-Downs

Overall, this is a great series and no one should, in my opinion, be writing negative reviews about this boxset.

Doctor Who: The Tardis Handbook
Doctor Who: The Tardis Handbook
by Steve Tribe
Edition: Hardcover
Price: 9.09

5.0 out of 5 stars A handy 'instruction manual' that the Doctor should read sometime soon, 22 Nov 2011
This is a book about the TARDIS, the best time travelling machine in the universe (actually, it's the only one in the universe!) and gives you information on a selected few of the travels that the Doctor, his companions and the TARDIS have been on (as recent as The Vampires of Venice). It also gives you a list of TARDIS controls and their purpose, well, that's if they haven't broken, been removed or replaced, or sabotaged by the Time Lord's enemies. It also has some scripts from episodes (genuine scripts, in case you are worried they are fake). Overall, this is a great information book about the TARDIS, and if you have any Whovians, sorry, I mean kids, who like Doctor Who and are mad about the TARDIS, then this is a great book for them, and you, if you sneak it while they are in bed!!!!
