5.0 out of 5 stars SUPERB!, 14 Jan. 2007
After palyin mario kart games throughout my life including snes, n64 and the gba versions the most haveing played others such as double dash, not so much and not knowing them very well, i can say this is the best by far. after having this game for around 6 months i am still playing.

In the beggining you cant choose very much in choice of karts for each character. but unlocking them is a reletivly easy and fun task, not too challenging, unless you are aiming for the full three stars, this is where the difficult side of the game comes in. Starting the game in order then, the 50 cc is very slow and can be boingingly easy for those who are familier with the game although, perfect for those getting to grips and also those having played other games in the series in the past, the gameplay i believe is better than before. So getting to grips with the excellent power slides is very good for begginers and pros of the older versions.

Tracks are well varied having some of the old classics from older versions bringing back many fond memories, there are also a whole load of new tracks each brilliantly made. There are a full 32 tracks to race on and lets not forget the fun battle arena's, six in total. Ballon battle with the great idea of blowing into your DS's mic to blow up ballon, also shine runners is in here which is good multi player but not for the single player i believe.

The 100 cc speeds the game up a little and adds to the difficulty helping you to develope your powerslides for you to get ready for the 150 cc. This speeds up to the max with difficulty up again, finishing first overall should not be too much of a problem, but getting those stars will challenge. Then once all this is done theres the 150 cc mirror mode. This a very clever idea adding to the difficuly of being familiarised to the tracks, they are mirrored, so a right turn is a left vice versa.

There is still more to do, missions. These vary well from going through checkpoints to beating bosses. There are six levels with 9 missions in each, but there is also a mission 7 with 9 more missions to be unlocked. Speacking on unlockables, you recive these by completing the grand prixs and finishing first, you unlock some characters and also, the ability to choose whatever kart you wish with the character you wish, giving you a wide chioce of finding the perfect combination in which there are simple stats showing you what the accelaration and speed etc are.

Once all of this in complete theres still the best part if the game yet, the multiplayer, with friends or with the world, nintendo wifi is superb and quick to get you a game with three other people in the world. There is also download play, where someone whos hasn't got the gaem but has a DS, they can download and play with you, whcih is a good addition.

Overall a excellent game 10/10 if you own a DS or dont own one, get one for this, superb!

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolute bangin' !!, 7 Aug. 2005
People have been saying bonkers is better or that this is rubbish, what are you on.
For a start, when i bought this i wasen't to sure what to expect, but it has 6 styles and breeze songs on it so it must be what im looking for. I wa right, from the moment i put cd 1 in and the first track played, darren styles, and this song is brilliant. I listened and i listened and i am still listening.
All of CD 1 is brilliant, outstanding tracks are darren styles 1,Styles and breeze 4&9 and flip & fill 10. As i said, they are standouts, the rest are bangin'.
CD 2 is not quite the same but is still a great listen to, standout tracks are Dougal & Gammer 1, styles and breeze 3&10 and darren styles 11 absolute brill.
CD 3 I was a little disappointed with but nevertheless worth a listen, no real standouts and i would say that CD 1 is the best out of the lot.
This Overall CD is quality, it is the best clubland harcore and is just as good if not better than bonkers. Clubland has always been cheesy stuff which is all good and class at the same time, but this CD is differant, This CD is the very best of HARDCORE.

5.0 out of 5 stars Singles greatest, 1 May 2005
This review is from: 24 Carat Gold (Audio CD)
This CD of all of Scooters singles is simply superb, once listened to it is very difficult not to. This is very fast and upbeat with a few slower songs. You should have heard the songs Nessaja, The logical song and Posse (I need you on the floor), which may be the best songs, but there are others that are just as good if not better than these. With all the 24 songs on their it is definalntly worth every penny of your hard earned cash. You will not be dissapointed, especially if you are a Scooter fan. Buy now i suggest.

4.0 out of 5 stars A patient game, long lasting though, 16 Nov. 2004
Yu gi oh has had many games in the past, these games are all about dueling with no real storyline and just choosing who you want to duel, which i must say was pretty boring. BUT, reshesf of destrution contiues on from thesacred crad game which was the first to have RPG elements, i have never play sacred cards though. The RPG element make the game so much more with a storyline of reshef the dark being want to dostry the world and you have to save it, firstly by getting all of the millenium items back, not just the millenium puzzel as stated in another review, but you do get an egition god card slyfer the sky dragon, that you dont keep for the whole game. On the dueling side, there are a few tweaks, with the old superior->inferior back, this makes it harder and easier to beat duelist. there are also alot of neo ghouls to beat, they are now run by the leader bandit keith when formally run by marik ishtar and were called the rare hunters. This game offers alot to yu gi oh masters or player who know the rules but will take a while to get used to for newbies, very strategic and very long lasting with the new deck building style. Good luck and enjoy.

4.0 out of 5 stars great but short, 16 Nov. 2004
Angry kid! funny name, funny guy. This DVD has all of the episodes of season 1, all 25. Thats right, the funniest little ginger kid with a slightly foul mouth of a 12 year old that dosnt know what the word he is saying means. Angry kid offers 25 little clips of what he has been getting up to in his recent months,These clips last approximatly 1:20sec each, which is why it didnt get 5 stars, overall this title lasts around 30mins, but there are extras showing you how they make the animations and what have you. There also includes 3 different languages...no no, in a hilarious way, it show one on the angry kid episodes in spanish, french and japanese, it is basically taking the mick. lets just say the whole thing is very very funny. is you have never heard or seen angry kid then check out [...] there is usually and advertisement but if not, just have a look at the comedy section. if you have a sense of humour then you will love it, now bring on season 2.

5.0 out of 5 stars Seanson 4, 26 Sept. 2004
The simpsons, those average famillies of america, but thats why we love the simpsons so much in there yellow 2D world. season 4 offers 22 episodes which of the simpsons, they are all great, there is all the character that you would expect from homers d'oh to barts hyca rumba. Episodes include lisa's first word where you get to see the story of well Lisa's first word and also barts first words with maggie at the end but unfortunently, nobody hears little maggy. also the monerail, sinking house and many more of you favourite episodes, well worth £30.00.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good game but quite hard., 12 Sept. 2004
Medal of honer as we all no it, as we all know thet it is one of the best games of our time, but what about a switch from PC a PS" to the GBA, with MOH underground that was quite awful, they have a new instalment that is no in first person, the birds eye view, this makes the game a little easier to play, but it does have its first person moments when you are behind a bunker, which is absolutly amazing. This is a great game but, its not something that you can just pick up and play all the time, its more of a game that requires a little bit of concentration. once you have completed a level, you will be able to play the levels again at the menu. The graphics are good for GBA, a game worth getting if you have the time, because it is quite trickey to shoot the emimies, good good game.

4.0 out of 5 stars amazing but a little soft, 12 Aug. 2004
This ablbum is not surpisingly a brilliant album, but Freds lyrics are very emotional, unlike all other albums with his frustrating and agressive lyrics this is a touch slower and softer, the only song that is aggressive is gimme the mic, but with songs like creamer(all radio is dead) and lonely world, it is soft but is something special that you can listen to over and over again. the bad is that it can be a little to soft and that it is very unlike the other albums and we miss the old Fred.

5.0 out of 5 stars The origional best Unreal Tornament!, 28 July 2004
This game was brought out in 1999. It costs about a tenner. It was the best game for its time, it still is one of the best games around, i played UT2003 the other day, and this game is better, the graphics were excellent for its time, not so good now but still really clear. It is very satistfying when you kill just one of the opponants, especially a head shot with a sniper rifle when there head comes off with the bullet. But i find the most satistfying part of the game is when with a rocket launcher that you fire at the abdomen of an opponant that the body will expload if they have a low health. The level design is brilliant especially the capure the flag and some of the domination, and it will take quite a while to complete the unreal tornament in the game so this game will keep you going for a long time and well worth the buy.
