Ordered from Kikatec on Monday morning and arrived Thursday morning.Im not a big fan of Corsair due to the fact their products are over priced because of the name but saw this memory and at the price it was too good to pass up.Very well made solid sticks, took old ram out,put these two sticks in and bingo,up and running again in less than two minutes.Must say ive gone from 4 x 512MB Kingston to these and although its still the same 2GB total memory my system is noticably faster.I've now freed up two memory slots so can now get another two sticks of this maxing my board out to 4GB.All said and done, for 35,this is a must purchase for anyone whos motherboard supports PC3200/DDR400 memory

Got an OCZ ZS550w for my main rig and decided to upgrade the psu on my other rig.Got this OCZ CXS500W this morning and its a little beauty.Plugged it in and all working perfectly (mine came with mounting screws)Its a no frills,no fancy stickers on the side psu but for the price its well worth it.Its solid, all the cables and connections are top quality and its silent.Does everything its supposed to and as its OCZ it comes with a standard 3 year Powerswap guarentee. For 35 quid it is a rock solid bargain.Just an observation not a critisism if you have to use the two 4 pin molex connectors make sure your hdd/dvd drives are no more than 3 inches apart because the two molexs are very close togeather.I had to move my hard drive to accomodate but no major hassle and as i said its an observation not a critisism.OCZ are the best there is and once again im a happy OCZ bunny :)

My OCZ ZS-550W arrived this morning (Thursday) having only ordered it Tuesday afternoon.Excellent delivery time.On opening the box the psu just oozes quality, everything about it screams quality. So many connectors its unreal,,I replaced a 750w generic psu,200 watts more than this 550w.I've ran 3dmark 06 and my score is 29 points more than with the generic 750w psu.My cpu fan has increased by 80rpm,Chassis fan increased by 120rpm which means my system is running a lot cooler.I've been repairing computers for 20 years and i can hand on heart say this is a quality piece of kit.PLEASE,take no notice of the Corsair brigade, everything not Corsair is crap according to them. They buy Corsair not because they are any better, its because they are so much dearer cus of the name, and they can tell the world how rich they are cus they bought a Corsair psu.OCZ bought out PC Power & Cooling in 2007 and PC Power & Cooling were without doubt the best psu makers on the planet so it speaks for itself.I've read lots of 1 star comments about this psu and they all have a common denominator.Overclocked cpu and sli/crossfire gpu's.Well as someone who's had 20 years in the business i can say no 550w psu will cope with that lot not even a Corsair. This psu is sleek, oozes quality, virtually silent, and very powerful and with a standard 3 year warentee i can rest assured for 3 years.Very happy bunny is me

Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I've been repairing computers for 20 years and never wrote a product review before but here goes. The power supply was delivered this morning in a white box wrapped in a bin bag.I opened the box and first thing i noticed was the power lead was about one and a half foot long, nowhere near long enough to reach my wall socket (no worries,i had a proper spare).Next thing, there were no mounting screws (no worries,i had spares)Then i noticed there were only two 4 pin molex connectors, where it clearly states three.I have two hard drives and a Dvd drive all four pin molex.Never mind i thought,i can live without the cd drive for now.As i was connecting one of the four pin molex connectors to the hard drive one of the internal pin rings fell out rendering the connector useless, which left me only one molex.Plugged everything in using the very very cheap plasic connectors and powered up the computer.OH MY LIFE,i thought a plane had landed in my cul du sac,it was the loudest thing i've ever heard, and my fans were spinning that fast i thought they were going to fly out my computer case (no voltage regulation on the power supply) On loading up windows i had massive graphics artifacts (my card was being fried alive, meaning no voltage regulation on the power supply)I rapidly turned the computer off.The brand new power supply is now safely in the bin after 2 minutes of use.No point returning it as it would cost me more than i paid for it.I am still laffing now about it.In 20 years of pc repairs i have never see such a load of rubbish. If nothing else i've had a giggle this morning although the giggle has cost me 12 quid. Please note i couldnt give it no stars which is why its got one star
