Nick Carter, Now or Never, 3 Nov 2002
When I first heard 'Help me' I decided to give the album a listen. Being a bit of Backstreet Boys fan, I wasn't sure if Nick's solo effort would be to my liking. However I will say I've been pleasenlty surprised.
Nick has moved away from the Backstreet's particular brand of pop and put together a refreshing and more mature brand of his own.
With echo's of Bryan Adams in tracks' like 'Do I have to cry for you' and Savage Garden in 'I got you', with rock and roll influneces too.
This is an album that grows on you the more you listen - there's something for all on the album - I give it my thumbs up overall
