Bought the kindle version of this book a few days ago, after deciding I needed more veggies in my diet. Oh my, are these recipes good! I think I could actually quite happily be a vegetarian after feasting on some of the recipes. So far my favorites have been the tarka dal, paneer & peas and the lentil & vegetable soup. Totally mouth watering.
Some things that could be improved in next versions of the book, is clearer measurements. A medium size this, or a small that means nothing. Some recipes haven't turned out because the proportions have been wrong, but this is more feedback then criticism.
Buy the book, it's fantastic.
