5.0 out of 5 stars Great Perspective, 5 Feb. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Life is all about perspective and this is a great book to help coax unhelpful perspectives out of your life and feel good about yourself whilst doing so. As with all things in life it will only have an impact if your are willing to see things from different view points. If you want to change your life then you have to put the work in to make it happen, this book helps to get the process of change moving, let go of initial defensiveness and go with the flow. Gabrielle's way of writing makes it an easy read and easy to follow practice.

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointingly Heavy Going, 6 Feb. 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I am looking forward to attending an Estoeric Healing course in March and thought I would do some reading before the course started unfortunately I have found this book to be very heavy going. The book is not for absolute beginners to esoteric healing, there is a lot of detail which needs more than a basic understanding of the subject. For me this book has been a very disappointing introduction to the subject matter it covers.
