It would be totes hillair if I could get this for a group of 7 year olds. Way funnier than a YOLO wristband!

1.0 out of 5 stars For the Sex Attacker in your life..., 2 Mar 2013
Hey everyone, there's always one in our circle of friends, or aquaintences, or people in the pub who's a little bit rapey and prone to sexually violating others and they're always *so* difficult to buy for... Well not anymore! This is the PERFECT gift for the sexual sociopath in your life, what with it's jaunty, fun slogan and total disregard for social propriety. It doesn't matter if they're into raping women, men, children, dobermanns or jars of Marmite, this is the ideal slogan tee for them.

Thanks Amazon, for your pro-rape and sexual abuse stance. I hope you are appropriately rewarded for selling this range.

5.0 out of 5 stars An absolute breeze!, 18 May 2011
I bought these on special offer from amazon and they are brilliant. Solid make and exceptionally comfortable, I can walk for long periods of time without feeling the usual fatigue because of the support they give me. They look as good with trackies and sweatshirts as they do with leggings and a dress because of the Mary Jane style and turquoise/sky blue colours. The colour is a little darker than the picture, but that's not an issue for me.

Even at full price, I'd consider these excellent shoes a wise investment.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Greatest Book Ever Written!!!!!!!, 24 Oct 2006
This review is from: The Best Of Smash Hits (Hardcover)
If the phrases "fab macca wacky thumbs aloft", "Sir Billiam of Idol" and "Roland Orzabal(and a kangaroo)" bring a smile to your face, then you need this book!

Basically, it's an anthology of Ver Hits in the 80's (ie when it was good!) featuring not only a plethora of interviews, but highlights from Black Type's letters page, a compendium of silly questions (What colour is January etc), lyrics we loved, an A-Z of phrases commonly used by this esteemed publication and best of all... a free poster with Wham (booo!!!) on one side and John Taylor (yaaaay!) on the other! Members of the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Exclamation Marks may be slightly upset, though.

Better than the Bible, more fun than The DaVinci Code and even more fashionable than the Devil Wears Prada. The Best of Smash Hits is completely "Swingorilliant"... ackchewerloy!!!!!!!

Smash Hits! Pin it on, Take it off. Hours of fun guaranteed!!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars When Mullets Roamed the Earth..., 26 Aug 2003
Ah... Duran Duran... Floppy fringes, eyeliner, lippy and some of the best pop music of the 80's. I'm one of the screamers. I've loved them since 1981 and ordered the box set about 2 months before it's release date. But just because we screamed, didn't mean we were tone deaf. Almost a quarter of a century later, the original line up is back together and on the verge of what I hope will be a massive comeback. You can slag the "pretty boys on a boat" image, but songs like "Rio", "Girls on Film" and "The Reflex" have stood the test of time! "Girls on Film" is currently being covered by Girls Aloud. In 22 years time will we be praising a box set of their singles? Doubtful!
It's not the fact that it makes up a comprehensive Greatest Hits package - There's Decade and Greatest for that - but that you get b-sides that so far were only on vinyl. Things like that matter to fangirls like me!
It's wonderfully designed. Miniature replicas of the 7" and 12" picture sleeves and AVTAK comes in a gatefold which is just so cool!
If you're a fan, you'll love this to add to your collection of CD singles. If you just have a casual liking for Duran, go treat yourself to "Greatest" and maybe you'll come back for more.
