Essential reading for all rugby folk, 21 Nov 2012
This fascinating book is part social history and part commentary on the ethos of rugby. The approach of following 15 individuals with common connection to a single rugby club takes the reader into the personal story of each of these young men and the circumstances in which they found themselves. For anyone interested in rugby and immense sacrifices made by a single generation of brave young men this is a compelling and moving read.
