Starving the Anger Gremlin: A Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Workbook on Anger Management for Young People, 21 Mar. 2012
This book is Brill!!!!
I am a busy headteacher and was recommended this book by a friend to use with pupils at school. As well as being easy to read it is very accessible to adults and pupils. It is a useful and practical tool which I have used on many occasions to help children understand why they get angry and more importantly what they can do about it. There are exercises to work through, as well as strategies to put in place.
I thoroughly recommend it.
