3.0 out of 5 stars Lots to do but poor quality, 14 Dec 2011
There's lots of pages and loads of different characters and activites in this sticker book - everything from decorating a christmas tree with baubles to dressing up fairies in pretty dresses and making snowmen. BUT the quality is disappointing. Kids need to practice putting the stickers on and if they don't hit the target first time, they naturally want to peel it off and try again. Although peeling off is painless, the stickers don't stick to the page again, curling up at the edges. Because of the poor quality of the glue, you also have to be pretty quick to get them stuck down if you don't want the edges to curl - no deliberating whilst holding a sticker on your finger as even air seems to reduce their stickiness.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the other vitamins, 20 Nov 2011
Not all vitamins are equal! I've got the Vitamin P (Painting) and really enjoy it. Its a book you keep coming back to for inspiration and for an overview of contemporary painting. Buying books on the internet is always a bit hit and miss: if I'd had the chance to flick through Vitamin Ph in a book shop, I'd have put it back on the shelves.
The text is a bit "flat" or boringly written and the photographs for each artist are either too big and too few of them or all a bit too small and too many. Its an OK book, but just, somehow patchy and a bit uninspiring. Possibly its the alphabetical arrangement of artists, instead of themes. There are better photography survey books out there.

4.0 out of 5 stars good ol birk, 12 Dec 2009
Bought these to replace my partner's tattered pair. Seems like the leather isn't quite as good quality as the previous pair- a little thinner and meaner, otherwise the same ole good old indeispensable reliable Birk! Good price compared to other places on the web.
