Easiest protectors to apply that I have found, 21 Mar 2013
The included dust removal sticker works really well to prepare your screen. Protector went on first time, there were 2 small bubbles which were easily removed using the included bubble remover card. 3 weeks later and its still perfect.

Lenovo Power Adapter, 13 Mar 2013
I was hesitant about ordering this genuine Lenovo power adapter from Amazon as some sellers were quoting prices that seem too good to be true e.g. under £30, and some as low as £10 when the genuine item costs £76 + £12 delivery direct from Lenovo. The seller I used was ALTEC WEB.COM and for £50 with free delivery I got the genuine Lenovo Thinkpad 90w 20v power adaptor, part number 40Y7667. It came in a hologram sealed Lenovo box containing all the correct packaging, instructions and clover mains lead, exactly like you get when ordering from Lenovo. Whilst it's not the sub £30 bargain that's on offer from some sellers, It's definitely genuine, I weighed it to make 100% sure so I know it will last because I have never had a genuine Lenovo power adapter fail on me and I have used them since Lenovo took over IBM.

misleading description, 28 Jan 2013
Whilst this motor does operate at 1.5 Volts is does so extremal slowly. I would only recommend it for projects with a 3 volt DC supply unless a slow turning motor is what you are looking for.

Duracell batteries not what they used to be, 27 Dec 2012
I have used Duracell batteries for 3 decades because they never leaked and were guaranteed not to do so. However in the last 18 Months I have had Duracell batteries leak in a clock, a toy train and most recently a Wii controller. The Wii batteries where marked as good until 2018 and had only been in the controller for 6 months. After researching this I have found many people have had Duracell batteries leak. After contacting Duracell I have also learned that they no longer guarantee their batteries against leaking. Very disappointing given that Duracell have managed to consistently make batteries that don't leak for all these years.
