Different product compared to supermarket, 10 Jan. 2014
I bought Pampers baby dry for my babies for years which are all bought from supermarkets like Boots, Tesco, and Asda. They all provide same products which are quite different from the products I bought from Amazon this time.
I compared two nappies in same size, one is from Amazon (called A) the other is from Boots (called B), and the main differences are:
1. The figures are different as A with star while B with dot as well as different animals.
2. No Label ‘Pampers’ is shown in the top center on A.
3. The liner on A is totally white and thinker, while the liner on B is light blue and thinner.
I also checked poor reviews with one or two stars about this product, some of them said this product is different from those in supermarkets, which agree with my thought.
Due to our trust on Amazon I purchase several monthly packs for my kids and prepare for long use, but I never expect this product is so different from what I used before. And there is no information tell us this, we felt cheated and angry with this!
I need reliable explanation and refund! Or I will go on appeal!
