Excellent!, 15 May 2012
This book is a must have for anyone new to pilates who wants to learn the exercises at home. It is illustrated with detailed photos accompanied by easy to follow instructions. The exercises are organised into short routines which I have found very easy to fit into my busy day. After using this book daily for the past month I have noticed a significant change in my physique. Thanks Margot, this really does work!
