Fantastic for toning the legs and bum, 26 Jan 2009
I am 20 weeks pregnant and I love this dvd. It is quite hard, fast and is 40 mins long with an extra 20 min partner workout, so if you are looking for an easy pregnancy dvd or are new to exercise then this isn't the dvd for you, try Davina's prenatal dvd. If like me you are already fit and could manage squats, lunges & press ups before you were pregnant, for example, if you could do any of Davina's dvds without any problems, then you will enjoy this one.
I haven't tried the partner workout as I would be too embarassed to do that with my husband so I can't comment on that one.
Even though it is 40 mins long it does fly by and you can feel it working after the first time, I am sure my legs are slimmer and more toned than before I got pregnant.
The dvd is filmed in Erin's livnig room so there isn't a flashy studio setting and the music isnt good but the fab routine makes up for that. Erin is friendly and doesn't make stuipd faces at the camera or go on about silly stories like Davina does so I dont find her annoying.
Erin is so physically fit and looking at her body is motivation on its own.
I would def. recommend this dvd for those fitness buffs out there who want to carry on toning their legs, bums & arms.
