The Fruit & Vegetable Bible: Health & nutritional information for juices, smoothies or raw food
Price: £3.06

5.0 out of 5 stars Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Fruit & Vegetables yet Never Thought to Ask!, 4 July 2014
It's not often you come across a reference book that becomes a page-turner, but that's exactly what this one is. Andrew J. Williams PhD has not only put together something which is informative beyond belief, but it's an easy read too. This is thanks to the clever arrangement and writing style of each section. As a reader, I soon became familiar with the way the chapters were organised, which is a methodical layout that covers each item by: History; Health Benefits; Nutritional Value; How to Use/Cook; Clinical Trials, and Resources.

Already I have discovered how a dash lemon or lime juice under the arms works just as well, if not better than, costly deodorants; how to consume garlic without suffering bad breath, and a plethora of new ways to store, prepare, and consume all these healthy plant-based foods.

This eBook gets a big thumbs-up from me, and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone who wants to learn more about the fruits and vegetables that are all around us. If you're anything like I was, you will be amazed before you're even half way through!

The world of SEO can be a confusing topic for anyone, but especially those netentrepreneurs out there in cyberspace trying to get their projects discovered for the first time. This book is well written and in layman's terms too. It gets a big thumbs up from me for its readability and it's no-nonsense approach to Search Engine Optimization in 2012 and beyond.SEO 2012 & Beyond :: Search engine optimization will never be the same again
