A great book which doesn't assume you're a masterchef!, 19 Jan. 2014
Really great book for anybody who wants to learn about vegan cooking. I enjoyed the humour and tongue-in-cheek comments throughout the book, and found the introduction especially helpful, explaining key terms used in cooking and baking.
May be challenging to people who don't understand the American measurement system but there is a conversion chart included and Google is your friend :)
I found this especially useful during Veganuary, my first recipe was the Houmous (a staple for vegans!) and I'm continuing to explore all kinds of things. Definitely one for the bookshelf of every chef!
