Price: £6.06

5.0 out of 5 stars Beloved Chicken Poems ~ A Total Delight, 21 Sep 2014

This review is from: Chicken Poems (Paperback)
This was such a lovely little book that I bought one for a friend who has recently acquired two
hens of her own.
I recently lost my precious little pet Chicken and one poem in the book (One Eyed) Maisie so
touched my heart...As my little "Honey Girl" was blind in one eye...She did her best to get around
and was beloved by all who knew her.
Chicken Poems is a delight of funny little lyrics and stories which I highly recommend whether you
are a chicken owner or lover...Well written and will bring a smile to you face...
Please consider for a gift to anyone you know who may be a Chicken lover as I.

Edition: Paperback
Price: £10.99

5.0 out of 5 stars I was inspired by watching Peaky Blinders, 13 April 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Excellent book and a quick read really....I had watched Peaky Blinders and as stunning as it was,
it made me hungry for more information of that time.
This book did not disappoint and I would highly recommend it to anyone with curiosity to that era.
Some of the "pubs" still exist and are in service in Birmingham that were mentioned in the book and
shown on the television show Peaky Blinders.
Well written making it a good read....Get it...
