I would recommend this as it fits very well and the option to fold it so that it stands is very handy. The stylus is a good tool to have and just makes it easier to select smaller items without increasing the page size and for general ease of moving about the screen. The screen protector was pretty useless however, as no matter how careful I was, it was impossible not have dust particles stuck between it and the screen as well as small air bubbles which make the screen look very messy. So I took it off. It's not essential and the case and stylus are worth the money without the protector.

I didn't want a computer or laptop but just something to access the internet and emails etc... A tablet was a perfect option and a friend recommended the Galaxy Tab 3. It does what I need and has been great for listening to radio plays and comedies on the iPlayer whilst doing chores in the kitchen. Also, I added the Kindle App and have been using my tab to catch up with some of the classic novels that I've always meant to read and never got round to buyjng. Many classic novels can be downloaded from Amazon for free. It's the perfect size and I can just pop it on the shelf when I'm finished with it and fits into even a small bag if taking it with me anywhere. The only thing that has not been so good so far is when I've tried to use Google Maps, my tab freezes and I have to switch it off, so given up on that. Also, some video items on BBC News do not play as require Adobe Flashplayer which isn't supported by an Android device.

It's very comfortable and I should order more as it's hard to find anything like it in the shops here. Bras always seem to be underwired and padded which I find uncomfortable and takes up loads of room in the drawer!!

If you are a Kaiser fan then you probably have most of the songs anyway but it's just good to have the best songs on one album which is why bands always release a 'best of' and make a few extra quid!

"Doctor Who": Dead Air: (10th Doctor, Audio Original)
"Doctor Who": Dead Air: (10th Doctor, Audio Original)
by James Goss
Edition: Audio CD

4.0 out of 5 stars Doctor Who 'Dead Air', 14 Mar. 2010
Well this latest Doctor Who audio book was an unexpected surprise,
1 - because it was an extra story snuck in about the tenth Doctor and
2 (or b) - because it was an extra story told by the tenth Doctor himself, and I don't just mean it was David Tennant reading but the tenth Doctor himself reading it!

It was an unusual idea by James Goss to create the idea of an old recording found at the bottom of the sea in the wreck of a 1960's pirate radio ship and if you are listening to this recording as the Doctor says... 'then one of us is going to die!'

The characters are voiced well by David Tennant as always and I really felt that I got to know the Doctor's newly found friend 'Layla' with her fun attitude to life, quirky sense of humour and a real feeling for the excitement and adventure that life has to offer this young woman in the swinging sixties. When the Doctor tells her he's chasing down an alien and he travels in time and space, she just thinks that's 'cool'. I could imagine her running off with the Doctor in the Tardis...

I'm still trying to decide whether it's better to have David Tennant as himself telling a story with the Doctor thrown in during the dialogue or to have the Doctor tell it in his own words. I think that's for you to decide when you listen to the story but either way it's a great concept and I can't see why (even though the tenth Doctor's time has come to an end on screen) his audio adventures can't continue in the future and maybe told by David Tennant himself as he's pretty good at it!

The only slight downside is the length of the story - much shorter than the others. I think it could have been a longer story and not just for the sake of it. How did the Doctor come to be chasing this alien weapon in the first place? And what about the only other two characters in the story. I wanted to know more about them. For these reasons I've taken off a star but it's still well worth buying if you're a fan of Who.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Voyage to remember!, 24 Jan. 2010
Having listened to a number of Dr Who audio stories now, (admittedly only those read by David Tennant) I have enjoyed this the best. The author, Dan Abnett, has created the classic adventure set in earth's future which is perfect for the Doctor. As usual, the Doctor's curiousity gets him into another action packed adventure, and the story keeps moving at a rapid pace. I really liked the idea of the futuristic concept of travel, and the perils that come with travelling on its maiden voyage! The descriptive content allows you to enter this world with ease and leaves you in no doubt as to the horror of the enemy that the Doctor, and his newly acquired human companion, are faced with. I was particularly amused with the literally named 'follow me' that never fails to meet it requirements, despite the chaos that ensues. David Tennant has a real gift in narrating these audio books with a believable voice for each character, and of course when the Doctor is speaking , then really, no one else will do!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Doctor Who Collection, 29 Nov. 2009

This is the ultimate collection of 'Who' DVDs - a sort box set of box sets for 'Who' fans. Doctor Who - Series 1-4 - Complete [DVD] [2005]

This will keep you busy for many a winter's evening with lots of DVD extras, including outtakes and video diaries.

The only thing missing are the 'Confidential' episodes that were aired on BBC Three. These episodes were 45 minutes long and gave a brilliant insight into how each episode was made, from sound recordings to music and from special effects to prosthetic monsters.

I would have loved it if the above were included as a companion to each Doctor Who episode.

Apart from that minor little gripe I think this ultinate box set is well worth the money if you are a fan of 'Who' and the packaging is lovely and compact so it doesn't take up too much room on the shelf!
