Excellent addition to the Space Captain Smith series. Very funny and up to the standard of the earlier novels. I really hope there is an audiobook release of this title.

5.0 out of 5 stars Stempunk Sherlock, 8 Jun. 2012
I am one of the many people who backed this book via Kickstarter, and am really pleased that I did! It means, amongst other things, that I have already had the pleasure of reading the PDF version of this book before the print edition is realeased.

Steampunk Holmes is a steampunk take on the great detective Sherlock Holmes, mixing in memes from other Steampunk stories. In this case the submarine Nautilus. It's the first in a series and I am very much looking forward to reading the story as it continues in subsequent books.

If you like your 'steampunk' to be background rather than in your face then this is a great read.

This book also does a nice job of setting the stage for the rest of the series.

5.0 out of 5 stars Surreal Steampunk Adventure, 31 July 2007
This is genuinely original steampunk animation. Chronicling the adventures of Americas greatest secret agent - The Amazing Screw-On head. Fabulously funny pilot for a series that sadly has not materialized.
