4.0 out of 5 stars Charey Boorman, 9 Jun 2014

Was an interesting DVD, I never watched it on tv and bought it to watch because i have seen his other exploits. It is typical Boorman with his usual jokes and love for bikes and adventure. Would recommend for fans of Long Way Down. Only downside for me is the lack of episodes there are only 4 i feel it could of been longer. I would also have liked to have seen more travelling involved in the dvd rather than just what they got up too at the locations.

Bought this for the mother as a birthday present. She was very pleased by these they arrived quickly and came well packaged. I would like to point out i think these are more for display than drinking but it is up to you how you use them! The pictures are nicely done, although i could see the pictures rubbing off if the glasses are used a lot.

My first get scared album and it is amazing. The lyrics are really good and heartfelt. I've personally been through a difficult split with a cheat of an ex and the lyrics have helped me massively. The band sound like a faster slightly heavier version of The Used another awesome band. Couldn't recommend this band more.

5.0 out of 5 stars BVB new album, 10 Feb 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is by far the best album BVB have made. It follows the story of the wild ones up against F.E.A.R which has the voice of William Control from Aiden. With 19 tracks about 4 of which are F.E.A.R transmissions makes it the longest BVB album to date. Anyone whos heard Set The World On fire will know how good the band is, this album takes their work up another notch with they're massive choruses and amazing guitar solos W&D is the best album released to date in 2013.

5.0 out of 5 stars Muse boxst The 2nd Law, 30 Oct 2012

This boxset exceeded expectations, its a very neat box with The 2nd Law on Vinyl and CD/DVD. It also comes with 3 pictures of the band and artwork. The thermal ink on the box is fun and looks great. The album itself is amazing although a slight step away from the older Muse its an album that is in the same lines as The Resistance in terms of experimentation and sounds massive. The song Survival is a good example with guitar ryths and orchestras/choirs that make Butterflies and Hurricanes seem small and uninmaginative. Then theres the songs The 2nd Law which doesnt actually feature any singing from Matt but features recordings from radio broadcasts and also shows Muse's first step into a dubstep style of music made better by the fact they're playing it all on guitars. However if you're a fan of the Showbiz era Muse you may find yourself disapointed with most of the songs because it is an obvious step away however Supremacy still shows you that Muse can rock out after all these years.

This is a 6 track EP from Motionless In White. This EP is slightly less heavy as their album Creatures, as it contains their earlier work and shows the progress that was made en route to the full length album. The opening track To Keep From Getting Burned is basically a song about getting revenge on a girl that Chris has broken up with, as with most of the songs on the EP it contains the classic heavy screaming and the chorus being sung. However it is not like normal break up songs about heartbreak like you would hear from BFMV it focuses more on getting revenge than anything. Ghost In The Mirror is probably the best song on the EP it is more focused on singing rather than screaming as a whole but there is still the screaming you expect this song focuses more on the heartbreak side of splitting up with someone with the chorus of "so tell me dear, can your heart still break? if it's already stopped beating" although there is still revenge themes in the song "never take your pulse for granted again" it is also the only single taken off the EP. Whatever You Do...Don't Push The Red Button, is nearly a love song....with a twist to it although it is still a heavy song, it is also one of the shorter songs on the EP. Destroying Everything is more of a heavy song which seems to focus on the frame of mind of a killer "its always easier to kill when your already dead inside" it is the longest song on the EP being 5.02 mins long.Billy In 4-C Saw It Coming is again a song focused on getting revenge which seems to be the main focus of the whole EP with the chorus being sung as with most MIW songs the chorus seems more personal message from Chris than with other songs. Finally the last song The Seventh Circle deals with the heartbreak side of things with what seems to be a warning from Chris himself. Don't be put off by the re-accruing theme of the EP if like me you dont like songs about breaking up with people then this EP will make you realise that there are some decent songs about heartbreak out there.Personally i find some of the lyrics comical and it's helped me get over someone personally. This is a great EP from an amazing band. It's certainly a must have for any MIW fan!
