5.0 out of 5 stars Mount up, 22 July 2012
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This game is excellent, sure the graphics arent amazing and it's not gonna win any awards for being user friendly but its actal gaeplay once you get good is amazing. My little band of Nordic mercenaries took me from a small time bandit to a lord to the king of Calderia and afterwards I started all over again, yes the capture system is irritating especially when I buy a shiny new greatsword, walk out of town and get an axe to the face from a band of sea raiders who then take me prisoner on the other side of the kingdom and steal all my items and money. but still this game is a about the ups and downs of mercenary life so yeah your bound to get betrayed, kidnapped and robbed a billion times but its fun cos y' get to hunt the guys down afterwards.

5.0 out of 5 stars Don't listen to the 1 star reviews!!!, 22 July 2012
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This game is excellent, it runs perfectly on any PC with DX11 and a fairly good graphics card. Steam can be a bit tempremental but it works fine, the one star reviewers all expect it to work perfectly and let them install and play the game in seconds. Yes it's a kind of strange system becasue the disc just unlocks the game for download but that really doesn't matter, remember this is about the game, if you want to review steam go on the STEAM site and complain there rather than telling others not to buy the game. This is a spectacular game, it has a great level of strategy and really immerses the player.

Conclusion=
-Real total war fans won't care about STEAM.
-The game runs great if ou meet the requirements (DX11).
-It's worth the 4-5 hour update when you first launch it.
-All the crashes reported in 1* reviews have never occured for me, its just their problem, the game works fine and STEAM will fix the bugs if you report it.
