An intriguing hypothesis with facts to back up. Given most people's prejudices from classical science teachings including my own a number of the facts presented and the links between are difficult to swallow despite the persuasive writing.

Whether you will believe the theory presented they will definitely challenge the way you look at the 'established' scientific world view.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant Cuddly Toy, 4 Feb. 2013

Bought as a Christmas pressie for my young brother who is going through his Shark loving phase. A very cuddly item with a suitably mean little face to make it the baddest cuddly toy in any collection. A perfect gift for any young boy who still appreciates cuddly toys and is in to Sharks.

A Christmas pressie for my better half to further add to our Cluedo paraphernalia. She loves it. Well made and designed, not just a gimmick but actually usable as an apron. Great gift for the cooking and Cluedo enthusiast.

Twist pop and go. A very easy to use product to efficiently and quickly get into that bottle of wine or beer. The serrated knife removes bottle top seals easily and the two step jimmy allows for easy cork removal. If you need a new bottle opener look no further.

5.0 out of 5 stars Keeping it fresh, 22 May 2012
This is a very well produced and performed album. A slightly different direction musically for Joe but not a million miles away from his usual style, you can still hear his unmistakable stamp on songs but with a twist. The album has a main rocky blues feel but with a touch of upbeat jazzy riffs and instrumentals. Joes guitar mastery shines through with plenty of Bonamassa licks and solos however the piano and sax play a huge role in this album in many of the songs which add a fun jazzy/rocky feel that keep the songs moving and rocking.

A great album by Joe Bonamassa, who rather than churning out a regular or stale album with the same songs with just different names which many artist do, is keeping his music fresh. An album that will probably divide a few Bonamassa fans but that i believe will win them around in the end. A definite purchase for any Bonamassa fan and those who like there blues with a touch of jazz sprinkled on the top.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great little set, 11 July 2011

It took me a while to buy a new pair of lights for my bike because i wanted 2 things. 1) Lights that are securely attached to the bike and can handle off road conditions. 2) Lights that not only display you to cars at night but allow you to see the road ahead and any obstacles possibly on it.
This pair of lights has more than adequately fulfilled these 2 requirements. I live in the country and so street lamps are a rarity and the roads are less than well maintained, but as a cycle home i can light up the road to the degree of a small motorcycle and when i occasionally take the scenic route home across footpaths i can so without any fear that the lights will fall off or that any unknown obstacle is going to suddenly jump out of the darkness.

In short these are bright, sturdy, waterproof and good fitting lights. Don't hesitate, get them!

5.0 out of 5 stars Its Dynasty Warriors thats all you need to know!, 13 Jun. 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
For lovers of the hack and slash genre this is a must have and especially for dynasty warrior fans! I missed the 6th installment so cant comment on the changes since then but from the 5th they are quite marked. The story mode now plays out more like a story for each of the separate families and factions, in my opinion this makes the story easier to follow, understand and become involved in. Your character changes throughout the story, between the generals. Rather than each general having specific moves the weapons they wield dictate their combos. However they still each have their own specific musos and power attacks when wielding specific weapons.
The biggest change is the ability to change your characters weapons which greatly improves the fun of the slashing aspect when you can switch from halberds, swords, pikes, chain whips and many more, over 15 (after you've unlocked them all!) all in the same level.
There is a new conquest mode which allows you to choose any and all generals (after you've unlocked them all) and play many different battle scenarios, protection, defending, attacking, solo assaults and the like.
All in all this is Dynasty Warriors, the graphics aren't the best but if you want to hack and slash your way through 1000s of enemies this title is the best. With hours of replay-ability due to all of the unlockable items, weapons, characters, upgrades and the list goes on.
This is an addiction not a game !!!!
