4.0 out of 5 stars x-wing fighter....dagobah version., 22 July 2007
= Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
this was originally released a couple of years ago ...(and came with R2D2 and the 'survival pack' that luke uses whilst stuck on the planet Dagobah),
however hasbro has released it again ..(unfortunately without R2 or the 'pack')
that said though Hasbro have done an excellent job of 're-sizing' the X-Wing fighter to a scale that closely matches the figures, and have included a 'Dragonsnake'..(the creature that attempts to consume R2),
all in all an excellent 're-issue' by looks good, and feels good, the S-Foil..(wings) opening mechanism has been re-vamped, making it a lot more sturdier than the 'original push down on R2's head' system, now utilizing a small inobtrusive lever at the rear of the spaceship.

the only small..and i mean small problem is that the wings ,when attached to the engine 'pods', tend to droop slightly..maybe Hasbro could have made them from a more rigid type of plastic to counteract this, but don't let this very minor hiccup put you off purchasing this beautiful item, you want one, you know you do, so don't delay, buy today......

in my opinion this is a definate buy for all collectors

and the Imperial Tie Fighter is about to be re-released ....(with full sized wings)

5.0 out of 5 stars gary numan 'jagged', 17 April 2006
This review is from: Jagged (Audio CD)
finally after five years gary numan has released his latest studio album,

although it's totally different to 'pure', this album is to be honest the best thing numan has produced in the last few years,

this is numan back to his best..and it was worth the wait.

all the tracks on the album follow a very distict theme.

and by using live drums on various tracks instead on pre programmed drum machines he's really set these tracks apart from the rest of his catalogue...

the songs are powerful and moody with a couple of anthemic choruses, just to keep you wanting more...this album should be in the collection of any 'serious' music collector.

it rates highly if not the highest of my favourite numan albums (just for the production alone)....
