Oh, how I wish I had. Item not received, and when I enquired received the following:-
We normally ask you to contact us after 15 working days if you do not
receive the goods. However we are asking for a couple of days on this,
due to the weather we are experiencing at the moment. Please contact us
again after this time and we will arrange to reship it free of charge.
This was sent on 3rd March - no idea what weather it referred to.
Item was never received. I emailed them again on 21st March and they agreed to refund me the following day a month after the original order was placed.
Refund was received promptly - just wish the goods had been.
