5.0 out of 5 stars A must read. Worth it!!!, 3 Mar. 2015
Absolutely brilliant. Illuminating. Educational. With a massive helping of humour. Facing the facts of psychopathy head on. And breaking down the myths with it. I've also learnt another perception of anxiety. Which actually beats any self help book I've read. And I've read hundreds. Well done to them both.

Don't bother with the lengthy reviews. Read it. It's good. It's funny. It makes you cry. It's confusing. It drags your emotions through a roller coaster. Good book. Good series. Good author. Xxx

5.0 out of 5 stars please buy this book!!, 19 Jan. 2014

If you are at the point of reading the reviews, then you are seriously considering purchasing this book - please do. It's not a how to book, nor will it give you the answers for the next step. It's better than that. It explains why you are here, at this point. The guilt and blame that is accompanied by depression is often the killer. This book gives you the understanding of what has happened - physically to get you here. It should be the starting point. It's a cornerstone book. Xxxx

For anyone who is suffering from PTSD this is a lovely little book which helps you to understand that those horrible feelings you have are not a personality disorder but symptoms of what you are suffering from. As its written from someone who has been there, it helps make sense. I actually texted a friend and said its like she has plugged in a memory stick to my brain and downloaded my feelings. Well worth a read.

Wow. Ok so that's where I'm going wrong. I am single and actually asking the question "what the hell is wrong with me?" Er desperate, needy, nagging, needs constant reassurance. Yep that will send guys the complete opposite direction. I will try this out, but having just read it I can honestly say I can see where I went wrong, and it makes me feel sooooooo much better about myself. I had honestly started to believe my sisters who say that I've been on my own too long, or who's going to take on your kids, or have you thought about a personality overall - aka its you as a person that's wrong! But this book made me realise that actually there's nothing "wrong" with me, I just have to put the rules into play. It's a bible. One piece of advice - get it in paperback - you will want to share this. Good luck to you all ladies xx

1.0 out of 5 stars What a waste of money, 31 Oct. 2013

This review is from: Silence Your Mind (Kindle Edition)
I paid £10.99 for this drivel. Don't waste your money!! He is wishy washy about his research, saying it can never really be fully accurate. He spends so much time explaining his reasons that he doesn't actually spit out what he's trying to say. The theory of what he is saying is sound, the monkey mind etc. but what an ordeal to even get to the meditating part. Seriously consider before wasting your money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Don't read in public!!!!, 5 Aug. 2012
I bought this book from a book shop with a coffee lounge, so naturally read it whilst enjoy a latte and croissant. Boy did I get some funny looks as I sat giggling, bordering hysterical laughter!! I have probably read a good collection of astrology books but never have I EVER read one so accurate. It was me to a T!! And my little goat (aka my Capricorn daughter) is scarily accurate. Her school report is exactly how it was suggested in the book. As the foreword says, this is not a book telling you how to live your life, but a little help into understanding others. And hopefully having a little more compassion for those characteristics we just can't help ....... And we all have them. I know I now look at my children differently. The little things that I was concerned about and trying to change, I'm now going to embrace and show my kids that its ok to be them. If I can get my kids to read their bits, I will. Thank you Linda - fantastic job xxx
