1.0 out of 5 stars Not Leather/Suede., 7 July 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
These sandals are not made out of leather or suede and people selling them as that are breaking UK law, knowingly selling them as that is a criminal offence. The HiTec website states that they have a PU upper, which is basically plastic, the label in the sandals state that they are made from "other materials and textiles"The box they come in states that they have a PU upper. These sandals are not that well made, you can see glue all over them at the joins. Size wise they are very small so if you want to buy them then I suggest buying two sizes larger than what you need.

1.0 out of 5 stars Pretty much junk, 5 Nov 2013
Very cheaply made radio with bad quality speaker and rubbish reception. It was very cheap to buy,I bought it on play.com where it comes in at under £3.00 including postage. If you are looking for a nice little battery operated radio to listen to around the house or when traveling then avoid this one, you will be disappointed with it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good webcam but software crashes computer., 11 April 2012
This webcam is very good in picture quality when only installed on my computer with the drivers. The problem that I have had with it is when it is installed with the software package that comes with it. When installed and opened it freezes the computer screen making me force a restart, this has happened a few times so I have just uninstalled the software package and left only the drivers on my computer and have had no problems since.I recommend a custom install where you can pick which elements of the package you want, just the drivers will let the webcam work on MSN messenger. It is a shame that Logitech has not done anything about this as it is a known problem. I am running it on Windows 7 64 bit.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good book on what the British government really get's up to., 10 Nov 2011
Although I knew a fair bit about the history of the British governments inhuman foreign policies I found that this excellently written and researched book goes into much more detail and gives a comprehensive view of certain events that it covers.I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in the history of the subject and who would like to know how the British government has acted in the past and still acts today. If you know nothing about this subject then this will be an eye opener and you will look at statements issued by the British government in a different light afterwards.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent short account of one man's life., 22 Dec 2010
Thomas was an ancestor of mine and while researching my family tree I found that he wrote a diary that was in the national library of Wales. I sent for a copy and read that. This book is that diary and it is well worth a read for a personal account of this man's life including his time serving with the British army at Waterloo. It has some interesting stories in it about his experiences before the battle and being in the army.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not a very good history, 22 Dec 2010
This review is from: Mao: The Unknown Story (Paperback)
Having read the authors previous book I was looking forward to a good read and having read that they took ten years to research it I thought it was going to be great.I found that more than being a history book it was a tirade against Mao blaming him for absolutely everything that happened, it got to the point that I could see the next rant coming. As history books go this is a poor one. All histories are biased but this is just so one sided I feel it was a waste of time reading it.If you want to read a good book then buy her other book Wild Swans as that is excellent.
