Easy readable, excellent and inspiring examples (deep case analysis). Super practical manual to better selling. Also I highly recommend this book for those cold callers whose English is not the native language: you can find certain phrases in it - you only need to paraphrase them to be suitable for your situation. However, I also bought Jill Konrath's Selling to Big Companies and found it more valuable than this one...
