This is an excellent thing, sturdily made and well balanced. It has a multiplicity of uses in terms of DiY, decorating, gardening and in the garage.

5.0 out of 5 stars Seed, 10 April 2013

The seed is fine, although I haven't tasted it personally, and I can't really interpret bird-talk with any confidence. Enough words?

How do you rate this product? Well, pretty good looking but as yet untried because I haven't worn my extra-long sleeved shirt yet. Great service too.

Not nearly as beautiful as most other of her recordings; but then, maybe I haven't given it enough time?
Word.

Great chimes with this wireless bell. Only 4 stars because the unit is so hideous it has to be hidden away.

Regatta X-Tol Walking Trousers
Regatta X-Tol Walking Trousers

4.0 out of 5 stars Good copy, 18 Nov 2012

Really good value (£16) for well designed comfortable walking/general wear trousers. These are a fair copy of the expensive black Berghaus ones (£50), even down to the strange zipped fish-net vents below the pockets. I don't expect them to last as long however.

The Best of Kirsty MacColl
The Best of Kirsty MacColl

5.0 out of 5 stars FABULOUS TRIBUTE, 20 April 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
All Kirsty's best known tracks are here with a handful of others, all at the very least catchy, and some quite thought-provoking.
Like so many "Greatest Hits"-type of CD, often unfairly maligned, this is great value and perfect for those without the time to listen to an entire CD's worth of tracks of variable worth.
Her name will live on (if only because we are reminded every Christmas of her talent (for better or for worse! I love the song personally and it's so far ahead of the other dreadful Christmas pop perennials.)

The Wind In The Willows - The Open Road

Edition: Paperback

4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect little books, 20 April 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Really nice, manageable edition of these timeless stories. Our four and a half-year-old grand-daughter has just begun to read them out loud herself - largely from memory, we think! The books (a collection of four) are a lovely adjunct to the excellent original WITW videos by Readers Digest with Rik Mayall, Vanessa Redgrave, Alan Bennett et al.

4.0 out of 5 stars Only if you like Meatloaf, 5 Mar 2012

This contains all the Bonnie Tyler hits I'm aware of and when I'm in the right mood they are unsurpassed. Best not to listen while driving, though. There are limits...

4.0 out of 5 stars It's fine., 27 Feb 2012
Clearly one or two people have been very unlucky but moi? Non. It has done all I expected and saved a lot of graft. Ideal for small to medium surfaces and more intricate edges etc. So much more effective than my last orbital sander (made by Bridges? 30 years ago?!) The adhesive sandpaper is a great improvement too, though the "discs" are quite pricey. In short, worth a go provided your particular example doesn't disintegrate or burst into flames...
