Brilliant debut from this synth band. Saw them on Jools Holland and was very impressed. Look forward to hearing more.

Couple of good singles, but the rest of the album is very bland. Disappointing as I expected more from them.

Adult were one of the many bands who emerged during the electroclash scene at the start of the century. Their first 2 albums were brilliant, and they were probably the standout act of the period. However it all went terribly wrong with subsequent releases, which to be blunt were just a noise.

Therefore when I heard that they had a new album coming out after a few years hiatus, I was not sure what to expect. I should not have worried. Quite simply a brilliant return to form. This is probably their best album yet. For anyone interested in synth/electro, please check this out.

Quite simply the best album of 2013 so far. I have loved Ladytron from the very beginning, and one of the main reasons for this is the magnificent vocals of Helen Marnie. She has decided to do a solo album, which I think tops anything that Ladytron have done.

All 10 tracks are brilliant. There is not a dud amongst them. Helen's vocals are haunting. Favourite tracks are The Hunter, Hearts on Fire, Sugarland, Submariner and Gold.

Many congratulations to Marnie. Brilliant.

I don't normally feel the need to write a review, as I think it is good for someone to make up their own minds regarding a movie. However having just watched Red Tails I had to write something.

This has to be one of the worst ever films about WW2, apart from Pearl Harbour possibly. The Cgi is absolutely awful. Whoever thought that a plane from WW2 would be able to perform moves like something out of Star Wars is beyond me. A single plane managing to practically blow up a cruiser with it's machine guns. It goes on and on.

George Lucas, you should be ashamed of yourself.
