Down to earth book, written for the businessperson, rather than the lawyer. Highly recommended for everyone who needs to set up an effctive antibribery programme. Lots of detail in the right places, without the jargon.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great page-turner, 26 July 2006
Jack Gregory, the hero of the book, owns a bust insurance company, which he hopes to wind up in an orderly manner. When the bad guys realise there is cash to be made here, they use all the devious methods they can muster to take over the liquidation and break Jack. And they nearly succeed.....

Mixing thriller with the world of insolvency, the book is not only a great page turner, but also a frighteningly realistic insight into the murkier aspects of business life.
