Now I am baking too much, 21 Nov. 2013
Have tried a few of the recipes custard creams in oven as I type. All so far have worked and the brownies are too good. Ideal for anyone on a gluten/ wheat free diet. Also great for anyone who wants to explore baking from a different point of view, these recipes do not follow the traditional patterns, Yes some of the ingredients are tricky to get hold of and expensive, but I see baking and eating the results as a treat not as an every day event.
