It's amazing reading the other reviews how some people think that it requires too much work or hassle to make a nice cup of latte or cappuccino from this coffee machine! In my experience, the opposite is true. It doesn't take more than a couple of minutes to make a GOOD cup of coffee, and even if you are having a fairly rushed morning, there is almost always time to squeeze in a steaming cuppa. The best thing about this machine is how simple it is to use, once you actually figure out what proportions of espresso and milk you need to make a decent latte. It requires a little practice to get the coffee you like. If you are an espresso fan (which I am not) then there's even less to do. We've had it for 6 months already and it seems to be a reliable machine, no fuss, not much cleaning to do. Descaling it can be a tedious process but thankfully doesn't have to be done that often unless you use the machine VERY often. Looks good, durable, and classy. Definitely a must-have for the postmodern kitchen.
