5.0 out of 5 stars Forgive Everbody Everything., 3 May 2013

The author Stuart Ayris does not exist.
I know this much is true.
If he is real I will have to go all the way to Tollesbury from Liverpool and buy him a pint or three.
The final part of The FRUGALITY Trilogy is such a let down!
That's it! It's ended! There is no more!
I'll have to go back to reading ordinary books now.
Even if you don't exist Stuart: I forgive you.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Debut., 27 April 2013

This review is from: Six Years Left (Kindle Edition)
A lovely story written by a new author certainly more mature than her age (I believe she is eleven). If this first attempt is anything to go by you will soon be getting a (very rare) 5*s from me. Keep up the good work!

5.0 out of 5 stars I Believe in Angels!, 23 Aug 2012

Stuart's poeticism continues in the second installment of FRUGALITY (which I can only think of in capital letters, nowadays). This novel takes you to a place which is so familiar and yet so fantastic in its strangeness; the main characters are at once both believeable and esoteric. There is no point in trying to explain Stuart's work to anyone, and believe me I have tried, you just have to plunge in yourself and enjoy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Magical Mystery Tour de Force, 10 Aug 2012

I've been thinking about a review for a couple of days now.
I am an alcoholic, I have had mental health issues tissues fissures in the past and present which I wouldn't have survived without the love of my darling wife and others. I would just like to thank Stuart for this wonderful novel.
Even though I have lived and breathed The Beatles since I was an egg and dislike their plonky-plonky tunes with a vengeance; I should give this more than 5*s but the real world wont allow it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!, 31 July 2012

4.5*s
A slower paced read than "In the Blood" as the main characters are much more fleshed out. After the 75% mark the story goes into overdrive. I certainly enjoyed the ride and can't wait for #3.

4.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant Debut, 25 July 2012

A gripping tale, very well told.
Even though I'd worked out the ending from about 65% it didn't matter, as the pace of the story, the great characters and the excellent descriptions of Cornwall were more than enough to compensate.
Looking forward to the next one, Steve.
