2.0 out of 5 stars Didn't download properly to Kindle Fire HD, 5 Nov 2012

Half the promised scenes were missing and so the experience was disappointing. Many of the animated scenes did not work and others downloaded without any sound. On the whole, more 'annoying' than 'ambience'.

4.0 out of 5 stars Useful and fun to use, but could seem a little childish?, 5 Nov 2012

Probably one of the most creative media journaling/notebook app. out there... once you get the hang of using it! But you get tips and guidance along the way, so don't need to wade through boring pages of Help. It's not too hard to grasp with a little patience and well worth mastering because you can do quite a lot with it creatively and to personalise it all. It works well and very quickly... with no glitches or problems. Good facility for back-up and privacy as well as sharing through social networks, e-mail etc. Works better than many more expensive apps. All in all, a surprising package and worth paying the 63p to keep it ad free. Could seem a little childish though... if you are looking for something more like a word-processing and administrative package, then it's best not to bother with this app. but go for an Office Suite instead. This app is more suitable for casual fun with simple, personal media.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just Brilliant!, 5 Nov 2012

Can't fault this app. It's become my favourite out of them all for Daily Prayer, Meditation and Worship. It incorporates SO much... Daily Prayer Offices for contemporary AND traditional Morning, During the Day and Evening Prayer - with Matins, Vespers and Compline. The Daily Readings include intelligent and meaningful spiritual insights from well-known saints and philosophers etc as well as a whole book of the Psalms, readings from the Old and New Testaments, extra Prayers and Thanksgivings covering every aspect of our lives and the Christian faith, Canticles, Hymns, The Litany and Catechumens, Prayers for Baptism, Confimation, New Believers, Protection, Faith, Guidance, Vocation, Renewal, Temptation, Blessings etc etc!! The Bible translation is beautiful and profound, the format is easy to read, understand and navigate and there are even facilities for making notes, keeping bookmarks and incorporating the daily psalms, readings and sermons into your Prayer Offices or keeping them seperate to read on their own... you can even view any set of readings for any day of the year. In short, several Books in one and well organised. I enjoy this app. even more than the Common Book of Prayer or Common worship! Truly an inspiring, excellent product and well worth the 5 something it cost!

Might be good if it worked but it doesn't! Downloaded it to Kindle Fire HD and over half the features didn't work.

4.0 out of 5 stars Bargain, does the job and looks good too., 27 Oct 2012

I don't know what people expect when they complain it's not leather look. To my eye, it's a pretty good match and it's certainly a lot better than some cases i've purchased in the past. This is stitched well, with a nice refreshing 'lime green' colour which looks a whole lot better in the flesh than it does on the picture. The feel of the leather-look is quite nice, not too 'plasticky' or shiny and it looks more matte than the picture shows. Hard to display accurate texture and colour on the Internet... so this was a welcome surprise.
It stands fine and i like the fact that it comes with an attached biro and stylus. As for the screen protector... yeah, a little too brittle to be of any real use, keeps bubbling no matter what you do... but i think the case and pen alone was worth the money, given that it only cost me 5.99 at the time.
I see it's since gone up in price but i'd still buy it at the revised double cost because i've had it for nearly a year and this case is still holding up and still looks just as good. When i finally get bored with the colour i'll buy from this company again.
