I am a keen cyclist and an avid follower of the sport. I have read a lot of cycling books, some crap, some great (David Millar, Robert Millar and Paul kimmage spring to mind). This is a very detailed account of the doping problem during the 90's and 00's and lots of the statements are backed up by witnesses. One of the best cycling books I have read and I couldn't put it down. It also confirmed to me what I always thought, that Lance was an egotistical, arrogant, cheating, lying bully and he always had this coming to him.

this is a great protein supplement, tastes great with water or milk and the for the price you really do get your moneys worth as the protein content is composed of 6 different proteins consisting of soy isolate, whey isolate & concentrate, calcium caseinate, micellar caseine and egg albumin. This means a wide variety of aminos will be delivered to the muscle and the different range of proteins mean a slow tampered release making it ideal as a shake before bed or in between meals as a high protein low carb snack. Also each 40 gram serving contains 10 grams of gultamine which really helps in recovery. Me personally i take it just before i go to bed with water on training days and it really does help speed up the recovery process.
