Good value and performance, 11 July 2009
I've been using the TV for a couple of weeks (Freeview and DVD) and the first impressions are positive. TV looks good, swivel stand is very useful and menu options are easy to find and understand.
Image quality is good without adjusting of the factory settings - the individual pixels dissapear from about 2 - 2.5 meters and ghosting does not happen too often.
Few minor annoyances - the only sound output is optical which is too modern for my old stereo (maybe it is time to upgrade :-), full manual is only in PDF format, it's not possible to use external remote to turn the TV on and off - and one major: the USB input does not work at all!
Overall a good value for the money (especially if Freeview is the main input source) but don't bother plugging your iPod into the USB port.
